How to request deletion

To request deletion of personal information associated with EZMode, email us at hello@ezmode.io with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

Please include:

• your name
• the email address, phone number or account used with EZMode
• the service or channel involved, such as website, Facebook, WhatsApp or email
• a short description of what you want deleted

What happens next

We will verify the request, search our relevant systems and delete or anonymize the applicable personal information unless we need to keep it for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting or dispute-resolution reasons.

Timing

We aim to respond within a reasonable period after receiving a valid request. If more information is needed to verify the request, we will contact you using the details provided.
