1. Scope
EZMode is an invitation-only knowledge and business intelligence platform. It connects authorized documents, entities, decisions, processes and operational records inside controlled project workspaces.
2. Information we process
We may process account identity information, workspace membership, uploaded documents, document metadata and context, questions and answers, review decisions, audit records, and technical security logs. The exact content depends on what authorized users and administrators provide.
3. Google services
Google sign-in is used only to verify identity through basic OpenID Connect information such as a stable account identifier, name and email address. Signing in does not give EZMode access to that user's Google Drive.
A separately configured Google Workspace connector may access Drive, Docs or Sheets only under credentials explicitly authorized by a platform administrator and only for configured workflows. Data obtained through Google APIs is handled in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
4. Use and access
Information is used to provide controlled intake, classification, search, grounded analysis, source citations, approvals, monitoring and security. Access is limited by workspace, project, collection and administrative permissions. We do not sell personal information or use Google user data for advertising.
5. Service providers
Information may be processed by configured identity, storage, AI and notification providers only as necessary to operate the platform. Administrators are responsible for ensuring that submitted material may lawfully be processed and shared with its selected audience.
6. Retention and deletion
Records are retained as needed to provide the service, preserve auditability, meet security requirements and satisfy applicable obligations. Requests to correct or delete account or project information are reviewed against retention, legal and audit requirements.
7. Security
EZMode uses access controls, isolation, encryption, malware scanning, audit records and controlled integration boundaries. Suspected misuse or exposure should be reported promptly.
