1. Authorized use
EZMode is provided to invited users for approved project and business activities. Users may access only the workspaces, projects, collections and functions assigned to them.
2. User responsibilities
Users must protect their account, follow applicable policies and have the right to upload or connect any information they submit. Confidential material or information governed by third-party rights must not be added unless its use has been authorized.
3. AI-assisted analysis
AI-generated answers, classifications and suggestions support human work and may be incomplete or incorrect. They do not replace professional legal, financial, regulatory or other specialist advice. Important decisions must be checked against cited sources and approved through the applicable process.
4. Prohibited activity
Users must not attempt unauthorized access, circumvent permissions, inject malicious instructions, upload harmful software, interfere with platform operation, extract credentials, or access information outside their authorization.
5. Third-party services
Some capabilities depend on separately configured services such as Google Workspace, AI providers and notification channels. Their availability and applicable terms may affect those capabilities.
6. Availability and access
The platform may be updated, limited or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security or operational reasons. Access may be suspended or withdrawn when necessary to protect users, information or infrastructure.
7. Project information
Workspace and project owners remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, classification and permitted audience of their business information. Platform permissions assist with enforcement but do not replace organizational governance.
8. Acceptance
By using EZMode, a user agrees to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If these conditions are not acceptable, the user should not use the platform.
