Acceptance

By using the EZMode website or engaging EZMode for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.

Services

EZMode provides AI-assisted sales operations, automation workflows, CRM setup, outreach systems, messaging integrations and related advisory or implementation services. Specific deliverables, pricing and timelines are agreed separately in writing.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• providing accurate business, access and campaign information
• approving outreach, content and public communications when required
• complying with applicable laws, platform rules and consent rules
• protecting your accounts, passwords and administrative access

No guaranteed results

We work to improve sales operations and pipeline generation, but we do not guarantee specific revenue, meetings, conversions or business outcomes. Results depend on market, offer, execution, approvals and other factors outside our control.

Acceptable use

You must not use EZMode services for unlawful, misleading, abusive, spam, harmful or platform-violating activity. We may refuse or stop work that creates legal, reputational, safety or compliance risk.

Intellectual property

EZMode retains its pre-existing methods, templates, systems and tools. Client-specific campaign materials and deliverables are handled under the applicable written agreement.
